L. Kevin Morrison
Lawrence Kevin Morrison is Managing partner of Morrison Group LLC, a diversified company with interests in Training and Consulting. Mr. Morrison has compiled over 20+ years of experience and knowledge in the areas of sales, marketing, customer service, leadership and entrepreneurship. These skills were developed at multinational corporations including Merrill Lynch, Northern Telecom and Xerox Corporation. In addition Mr. Morrison also worked at the international not for profit INROADS, Inc.
Mr. Morrison is an experienced speaker with appearances as a panel member and lecturer domestically and internationally. Recent lectures include, Colgate University, FHI360 Entrepreneurship and Mentoring Conference, Housatonic Community College “You Can Do It Program”, The WorkPlace, Inc. the Health CareeRx Academy, Manchester Community College, National Association of Student Affairs Professionals Conference, Fairfield University, Central Connecticut State University, INROADS Incorporated, AmeriCorp, The Hotchkiss School, New England Tour of Success and Kingswood Oxford School. In addition, he has led Morrison Group LLC to several significant awards including The WorkPlace Inc.’s (Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA) Program Partner of the Year 2013, 2014, 2015.
James L. Watson
James L. Watson currently holds the title of President of Training & Marketing for the Morrison Group, LLC, Senior Trustee of the Watson Trust Company. Prior to working for the Morrison Group Mr. Watson was the Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Capital Group, LLC, which was a privately owned educational and wealth strategy firm, specializing in asset growth and protection. Mr. Watson has also held a minority interest in other privately held firms, prior to winding down the Wealth Capital Group, LLC, Mr. Watson has many years of service in the banking industry. His most recent assignment was with Bank of America, as Vice President and Manager with the Wealth Management Team for Southern Connecticut and Metro New York. Mr. Watson has held a life insurance license, and Series 6, 63 and 26 until 2010.
He was also an ambassador for the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, and has held board member seats at the YMCA in Norwalk, Connecticut, and Pacific House Homeless Shelter in Stamford Connecticut. .
